A Memorable Stay with Outstanding Service!

Our family had a wonderful experience during our four-night stay! The staff went above and beyond, especially when they helped us with a last-minute Christmas surprise. Make sure to ask for local dining recommendations. they really know the best spots in the area.

I truly enjoyed my stay at Courtyard Austin South. The lobby is beautifully decorated with warm colors, and the layout is easy to navigate for seniors. The staff was friendly and always ready to assist with anything I needed.

I enjoyed how close the hotel was to the Austin Winery, just over a kilometer away, perfect for a leisurely stroll, and I loved being able to easily visit McKinney Falls State Park, which offered beautiful views and trails for a nice hike. the room was nice, clean, and spacious, ideal for a single traveler like me looking to explore the city on foot and take in some local attractions.

The room was spacious and perfect for my large family. We loved the close proximity to Barton Springs Pool, which was a hit with the kids! We also had friendly staff who lent us some scissors when we needed them, so that was a nice touch.

In my wife’s opinion, the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. The towels seemed cheap, and some surfaces had dirt. It would be great if they improved the overall cleanliness for families with kids.

I had a clean and spacious stay, and enjoyed the nice pool and quick access to the airport. However, the bedding was not what I expected from the photos.

Additionally, parking could be a challenge during peak hours.
